Well, you're free to request a list, but the owner has no book.

If you know the pipe is broken in the past and find affidavits from witnesses to sign. Who gave you the right to go to court to recover his deposit.

I'm not sure how a machine, a pipe burst, however, could overflow. You can contact a licensed plumber to questions whether it is still possible to ask. If not, see if the plumber would be willing to participate in court that (you recover your deposit and ask for the submission of fees for professional witnesses) to.

no list of repairs for apartment.I am a landlord and a list of repairs is not required unless the repairs ordered by the court, not that the house fit to live. Do you have the machine? Or come into the apartment. If you can, you are at fault. Sure.Who I'm not plugging in? I try to flat, and when a burst pipe pay in one wall of my house and flooded the ground floor would have, so we are sure that these things .... I am sure that the owner is responsible if you can prove that you made a mistake, but if the hose into the wall of his cargo. if you can prove that it is widespread? . shoot While the document to obtain estimates of plumbers, and next time get the tenant insurance. Another example is that when a water heater in my apartment flooded or failure that causes damage to drain the lower house, the owners fault. The wall of the tube is not a pipe, unless it is managed, or had somehow been changed. Good luck.

You can anything you want to order, but you do not have to give.

Your only option is to fight in court. Under the law, you must have a detailed list of what they pay and have the right to delegate.
