How do you remove scorch marks from a tea kettle? - le creuset tea pot
I have a white tea kettle from Le Creuset, the heavy steel is coated with enamel hard, glossy. Incidentally, the pot boil dry and burn marks appeared outside the base. The burn marks can be removed?

Try using baking soda or borax, scrub lightly with steel wool. Let the baking soda work for a few hours before scrubbing. Regards-Bob.
Hmmmm .... You can try it on the CLR, you can buy at Wal-Mart and others. You can also try a bit of ammonia. Windex would work well. last resort, you can use a block with very fine steel wool and take part in the auction, but if you use the fine material is polished back with little friction
Tip: SOS or Brillo pads.
